Suspicious Vehicle Leads to Drug Arrest

On the morning of 05/07/20 Deputies located a vehicle parked in the roadway on a county road while patrolling. Inside the vehicle Deputies observed the driver slumped over the wheel and appeared to be passed out.

Deputies were able to wake the driver without incident. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed paraphernalia, several types of pills, guns, and almost 4 grams of Methamphetamine.

The driver was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Paraphernalia, and DUI - Other.
